Projects on Simple Living, High Thinking

“Indians who have made a mark in their life, their ideals and values.”

  • Research about men and women who follow this principle in life; who lead by example.
  • Please choose people born after 1950
  • Trace their life and journey, their achievements and contributions to the society/country that led them to become what they are today.
  • You can choose people from any walks of life. Try to choose personalities who may not have hit popularity charts or been flashed in the print media; rather look for people who have worked silently!

To develop the content:

  • Latest picture of the personalities you have chosen
  • You may choose 4(2 men and 2 women) but please make sure that they are from different walks of life. (to avoid repetition of achievements and ideology)
  • Since you have been given a limited choice, your research needs to be exhaustive.
  • You may conclude your project by answering the following questions- do not copy the questions. Each question to be answered on a fresh page.
  • Who among the 4 that you chose has inspired you the most? Justify.
  • Given a choice would you be interested to follow his/her ideology? Why?
  • Will you eventually be competent enough in shaping and molding the lives of the next generation? Justify.
  • Do you feel someone, someday will write about you in the same lines? Why?

Example: Man, behind the project- No Food Waste. Forest Man of India.

Guide Lines: Adequate research on the topics must be done. Ensure that each topic begins from a fresh page.

Project consists of: Cover page: Depict the topic. Acknowledgment: Thank all the people who helped with the Project, Index, Introduction, Content (Questions), Bibliography & Time Chart.
